I have downed tools again. I keep feeling a bit light headed. I checked my BP and its 148/112 so a tad elevated but nothing drastic. I have given myself the day off
Did you get danger money?Haha not quite but that's the rear end where the engine was, the w@nkers when removing the engine
just undone the sump an dumped the engine oil into the bilges ffs so we had loads of fires & flooding
some of which were very dangerous scary at times as it was still afloat when doing this.

Couldn't remember which site it was so thanks for that.Use zoopla.co.uk fer house prices. Got me castle innit. It goes back further than the gov site. Shows previous sale prices un worrit was asked for at the time anorl.
Great another one. This is the site I always use. https://www.mouseprice.com/
I have looked out at the Disco, all tipped up on one corner as it is on an axle stand. Do I feel like going out and crawling under it again, in this weather? Not a nice day, not 'wet wet' but a dismal damp one, even the wee one stopped to think before he went out!
Pink sacks?Ahhh, but are we in Synch? This was BLACK BIN Week, NOT Pink Sack Week.
Then expect a deluge of offers. Should be a good thing for you. There is talk of an extension past the end of March but nothing concrete at the moment.
When it is sunny it is very, very sunnyNo ..your in wales it’s never sunny.
Do you pay a fixed amount or a percentage of the sale price? It's the reason the gov encourage you to move house
I am using a 'traditional' estate agent so a percentage is asked for. I did look at the online fixed fee but I did not feel they were giving the best chance etcDo you pay a fixed amount or a percentage of the sale price?
