Found that one fer 0.69 sovs int screwfix. 0.59 sovs int toolstation.
Found thisun int screwfix fer 1.99 sovs. Dunt need the other type of connections but it got me finkin... yer never know.

Take yerself ferra walk each day. Start slowly by gerrin up un turning over the telly channels. When that gets easier ter do wov yer eyes closed, up yer game by going ter kitchin ter get yer own meals. Keep going wiv that and after no time at all yer'll be able ter get to yer garden gate un back wivvin the hour.Had my gut etc scanned this morning.

Meanwhile having a 2 decades problem with hard skin in just one spot on the sole of my left foot, which was even more painful than usual, I did the usual. Soak for 1/2 hour then cut the skin off as best as I can, not having a very flexible back! (oval shape about 1 square inch, skin pretty thick).
But for the first time ever brown pus came out! Bit of a shock! No smell, looked at it and thought "What does that remind me of?", then got it, Silicone sealant! Just like it!
Anyway, treated it and strapped it up. Wondering if this is a very old foreign body that is finally surfacing.
Would be glad to see the back of it!
So have done bugrall else today. Hope everyone else has felt a bit more productive.
Oh and weighed myself before going to orspicle. 90.5 Kgs
And that must be less than a week or so ago as I can now pull my belt in one more notch. but never been over 90 Kgs before. Hate this!
Anyway, nuff about borin old me. How is everyone else feeling?
Too much alcohol. Tis not good fer weight.

Well i've already got most of that licked! Gets most of me own meals anyway, or elps Wifey. Gets up every 10 bloody minutes to let the dogs out.
Started dry January last week, also took the liveliest dog for quite a long walk. she pulls like mad so it did my knees in for 3 days!
I have lost weight since last Monday. But still 15 kilos too heavy.
.Would be very happy just to lose 10 kg.

I'll watch this once wifey's gone to bed and i can have the sound on!
but TBH putting bearings in i have never found difficult, but other stuff, well there is always the freezer!
