Very nice garage.
The rest somehow reminds me a bit of that film from ages ago, the Swiss Family Robinson. All you need is a ships wheel to wind up the central staircase and keep you safe from invaders!
Looks like a lot of work and a lot of fun!
If its half decent weather tomorrow il take some pics.Be nice to have a pic 180 degrees from this view so we could see the view from it. Bet it's summat!
Tie wraps will fix that.Well, fings gets betterer and betterer!
Worked out it's 12mm 1.75 thread so Stan goes and looks in his stores, cos he nevva throws anythink away and....No suitable bolts, but yes, nuts and even nyloc nuts.
Good start.
Then he has a bit of a fink and wonders what happened to those overlong bolts that came with the front hub sent in error that I had to put on the rear?
In garage? No.
In trailer? No.
I pannier in Disco along wiv loads a tools and spares? Yes!
Would they be the same thread/diam? Yes!!
Would they be a bit longer, yes, yes, YES! AND they have a shank on em!

Having had a feel around there will be enough excess thread on the end to put the nyloc nut on as a lock nut to the threaded captive nut on the chassis. Only thing I couldn't find was a lockwasher.
So guess what's going on tomoz, if it don't rain?
Hmm. Decided I'll take the wheel off as I'll have a bit of a do on to get the nut on the end.
So if I had been overlanding instead of just driving home from Frogland I would have had 4 spare bolts.
Result. Not cost a penny!
Which I love cos I is reeely tight!!!
Some one told me it was breathable & warm..then I found it was a sheep. No way was I “pretending” to wear thatBollocks I lent it to you & @Hicap phill picked it up used it in his mobile flat as his eberspacher was fooked.
