Still a bit early for the sun but it is forecast to be an 'ot un. Every thing is very quiet out there but then it is a bit later than usual for my normal observation, I expect all have had their fill and flown off to do other birdie things.

I may be forced to venture out on the trike today.

No paper for her today as she's off out to get it herself and get money out of the bank and bread from the bakers.

Oh, forgot to say earlier that the "Wednesday Weigh-In" for today was UP by 1 Pound from last week.

Must let go of the Gin Bottle more often.

But still 30+ pounds lighter than at Xmas. So plenty of progress and an opportunity to do even better.
