Morning All
I cannot believe our luck! We are graced with yet another Sunny, blue-Skied day! Wow!
I may get a chance to go out on the trike today. Triking without all the traffic is wonderful.
The weight-loss regime has yielded little in the lockdown weeks (due to boredom and the availability of alcohol) and I have been Yo-Yoing between 12-10 and 12-13 but at last today I have recorded the lowest yet 12-8-6
Another pound or so and I will weigh what I did 21 years ago and will have shed 34 pounds. The ultimate goal is to get to 11 Stone so only 22 and a bit to go.
Have a splendid day everyone.
