Not on my feet. Boots only here. Think I've worn shoes 3 times in the last decade. (too many ankle injuries in a working lifetime on construction sites left my ankles prone to hurty).Down that road lay socks and sandals.
That's probably because you've not done it before. It was seriously gunked up
Don't think the previous owner did it either. Its got a "made" date of 1988, I'll be 98 next time I do itThat's probably because you've not done it before.
Froggies or toads?Announcing - my hatchery has hatched!
From where that water lily pad is, I think they are the frogs. In my pond both species seem to feel 'at home' and there does not seem to be any boundaries to their exploits! Unfortunately, I cannot tell the difference when they are this young!Froggies or toads?

Frogspawn appears in large clumps, toad spawn is in strings of single eggs.I cannot tell the difference when they are this young!

Yes, I know that - we have both - but the problem comes when they 'hatch' as they all mix up and look the same! Perhaps if someone could invent labels for them as they hatch then I would know who's who!Frogspawn appears in large clumps, toad spawn is in strings of single eggs.
Yes! They come every year - in ABUNDANCE!is that be int gardun pond?
