Hi, this is Sea, a new comer, My 110 has tracking problem

Hi, Dear friends,

My 110, which I bought 3 months ago, "N Reg". I cannot keep the car in straight line on highways.

I took it to garage. They found the standard for 110 is "-1", and found my 110 is "-2" & "+1", so the sum is "-1". No adjustment is needed.

What shall I do? Please advise. TIA.

I assume your talking about the tracking/castor/camber angle. If so I'm no expert but it sounds like the place you took your defender is staffed by idiots.

-2 & +1 means your wheels are both pointing outwards and the vehicle is crabbing. If you let go of the wheel in a carpark or on a wide road does it try to drive off to one side?

i fear yer wrong there pikey. ah think the -2 & +1 mean they are both pointing to one side with the wheel in the straight ahead position. i reckon yer gonna have to centralise it and readjust it.

That's what I meant Hence why I asked if he went round in circles if he let go off the wheel
