Hertfordshire Lanes?????

Lucifus, Whaddon can be ok if your with somone that knows Whaddon and shows you where to go. Whaddon you can destroy a car pretty quickly if you don't know where to go or more importatnly where not to go! Its £20 all day.

There is a trials comp on in Olney, they are running Tyro sections RTV and CCV sections.

Tyro is totally safe kids from 14 to newby adults drive the sections but it teaches you the foundation offroad driving skills which will pay itself back in knowing how to drive in no time at all. This is usually very flat but laid out well can catch out the more experienced drivers aswell. RTV is more advanced harsher terrain and you could possibly damage your motor if you make a mistake but its drive there take part and drive home. CCV well thats Advanced rollcages v8s and at some point you will be on 2 wheels or your roof.

Your welcome to coma and watch its free. If you want to play then its slightly more expensive than P&P beacuse its an organised event you need to be a member for insurance so its £20 to join lasts all year and "20 to take part.

110 is not ideal for trials but Whaddon is ok with whatever you drive.

Yeah 99% of my army driving was in Bedford trucks and I never got one stuck. Haven't got much experience in land rovers off road. Maybe I'll come. Depends on what the Mrs has planned. Do you guys all meet up and drive in a mini convoy or just meet there?
 
I've always fancied having a go in one o them trucks, Whaddon 'll be fine, you just have to watch where other people are going for a bit and judge where you want to go. Or we just follow Sible from a safe distance :)
I'll be leaving Hitchin about 10 if you want to meet up somewhere?
 
Im in Ware. Ill be up for coming to learn some new things. Havent got much in the way of equipment. Anyone else around Ware heading there? If not ill catch up with Diesel72 in Hitchin and head up.

Im working :( I hate work atm, been busted by a mystery shopper for not asking for id after I knew they were 18 anyway. Bloody ridiculous.

And now my new pc seems to have gone up the spout.... FFS
 
Did well today, fitted rear parabolics with considerable help from Jai. We recon it now sits just over an inch higher. They're the 3 spring HD ones, but it's still really soft, looking forward to a more comfortable ride.
I'm going to have a go at the fronts tomorrow.
