booger you comin' to this punch event thingy? What about Kris and Meanie?

Spoke to Kris, unfortunately he's got too much work to do, and that's mainly my fault :D

He is de-expeditioning my landy, and putting it back to a more stock-ish condition. The plan is to keep it for the winter, and then maybe move it on and look for more of a offroad toy type landy (still want a v8), as having a main vehicle that only does 50mph, and can't drive into the low emission zone parts of London, where my mates live, is kind of silly.

Hence my purchase of the Saab as a run around car, which Kris also has to service after he is finished with the landy :D

Brett if you took that picture at 50mm focal length on a 1.6x crop sensor and decided why did you just buy a 28mm lens? I think you will find it too wide so I suggested you try out the 18-200 more and see what you use it at more over time. A 50mm 1.4 has a wider max aperture and so will blur the background more for portraits and is probably cheaper. See how you get on but I think you might be dissapointed. In the future always try out a lens in a shop like jessops before you decide what to buy.

P.s. Hi from Kinross!! I have made it halfway up Scotland :D

Jack, the Madonna picture was unusual in the distance that I normally take pictures from, I'm normally only about 1 - 2m from them. it's normally dark, however there's normally good lighting provided. if it's too wide angle, I'll just buy a 50mm as well.
Can't have too much kit can you?;)

You lucky bugger :D have fun and make sure you keep posting picsof Madonna and Amber etc! And get a 50mm 1.4 when you can afford it. 1.2 if you are insane like I am or booger was :D

P.s. Hi from outside Inverness :D it's a bit wet and dark up here but there arent many places id rather be.

P.p.s. I have just reread that and it sounds a bit ambiguous. No cheeky comments please you jealous lot :p:p

If anyone needs a winch bitch... me 'n Kai are available!

We got the new clutch, oil seal, gaskets n stuff today but fitting it can happen on a weekend without competitions!

I really want to go, BUT I'm starting work in London at 20:00 Saturday and working through probably 5:00 Sunday, got to be back on site 15:00. If I'm not too knackered I'll come for the morning, who needs sleep anyway?
