Alright mate long time no see, have been asked by 2 people so not sure yet. Probably be on whitbread 4x4 stand. wheres your motor gonna be then mate.

I remember one year at run to the sun a VW meet down Newquay, the regulars put a vauxhall astra on its roof cos it wasnt a VW.

I see one yesterday with nothing but half an inch of fibreglass holding the rear body xmember on. funny how the door wouldn't close. Then the outter sills were perfectly painted in fresh black paint I suspect they were also fibreglass. The inner wings were non existant to the point wheresome of the relays were falling through dangling close to the wheels. The bloke wanted £500 and it was a V8 I laughed at him and walked away. I told my mate to walk away its a dead one. Jai
 
OOW sorry guys I couldn't be more help not having reverse is a biatch! Well the good news is its now fixed.

Now Either:
I'm a complete C*NT, and adjusted it completly wrongly,

Or

When Ashcroft replaced and fitted my selector housing cos the old one was cracked they never setup the reverse switch. Unlikley

I can't remember who touched it last so I'll just go with I'm a compete numpty. I sure I even warned Phil when he refitted his gearbox about the adjustment and how important it is to get right. I also remember spending a while getting mine setup but I can't honestly say if it was me or Ashcrofts approved fitters.

Anyways I have reverse again and am running (I don't think the neibours approved the 02.00am reverse on, off, on, off the throttle test down the street tho). LOL!

Many thanks to Andy (Spitfiremk1uk who still can't post anything lost an email or somthing) for getting muddy not been that muddy for a while aye oh nearly forgot and for drinks at the pub! Everyone their for their patience. Sorry I Couldn't be more help at the time having no reverse Sucks! Jai
 
I never realised how much I missed the late night jaunts. as Ryder has been out of action for so long. Only joking Ryders getting stuck, our other halfs are angry and my landys muddy, All is right with the world again. Roll on Derbyshire!. Jai
