Just been marking up some maps. There is an awful lot of yellow out there to explore! See yoose all later!!
I'll collect Kev in the morning then.
DB, back wheels are rubbing a bit, need to see what the 1 ton shackles do first, before I start with the grinder again.
DB would you be kind enough to bring a hacksaw, or something I can use to trim a little of my front bumper trim. One wheel is occasionally fouling and since the trim is destined to be removed anyhow, lopping a littleoff it won't hurt.
Did the Insa seal OK or are you using my XCL's?
It's just rubbing on the near side rear, where the bumpstop is missing. I hope the replacement stop and lift will be enough. It's rubbing the tub under the seat, just N/S though. It;s worth persevering though as the benefits are so huge. I'll do whatever is necessary to sort a fix.Thought they would rub a bit. Just have to go easy and see what the shackles do then go from there. I ran out of time today so will have to fit my wheels in the morning.

I was surprised that the XL's can be run tubeless but they seem to be fine.1 did and 1 did'nt quite but its a very slow leak so will bring my compressor and 2 spares and see how it pans out. I rekon it'll last the day out.
A BIG Hammer is an essential part of any Landrover tool kit.You don't need a grinder. I have got a really BIG hammer!! Will break out the step ladder for the morning.
Think it's just going to be me out tomorrow, tried to get my mate to come along in his Range Rover but doesn't look like he will be able to make it now.
