Overall a great weekend much fun much work but well worth it

The 88 behaved itself and with Jimmys help we made it to Finnish our first comp safari which was the goal! A few niggles and a few broken bits nothing we cannot sort and nothing too serious!

Will be ready to fight another day!!

Thinking of giving my 110 a bodywork refresh this summer. Problem is that my drive isn’t suitable to paint on without the risk of overspray to the neighbors cars. Any of you fellow Hertfordshire folks know of any suitable space locally that I could maybe hire for a couple days?
 
Not sure I know anyone locally. I’d try local farmers that may have a barn empty for a bit.

Sure I saw somewhere mobile paint booths for hire but not cheap
 
I just googled the paint booth. They look perfect. The problem is the space. That won’t fit on my drive and I don’t know any farmers unfortunately.
 
Anyone fancy a get together at next years ALRC National??

Camping and a few beers locally to be announced closer to the time.

Hello down there!! I see there is almost a heartbeat here. Whats with all these sprogs!! Wow how things change.

I was just reminiscing about some of the adventures we had way back when this thread started, the people who have gone but not forgotten and those who have faded away. I miss the people and the times we had but wow, I have to say we were awsome!

I’m gonna grab a map of North Wales tomorrow and have a look see what lanes are about. 90 is being mended, the 80 still getting rebuilt and the 88 reds 3 inches of weld to make it good again!!

There are a few green lanes up this way but I have to say I've not done anything in at least 4 or 5 years. I'm sure if you put a shout out there would be folks around who know what's good and what's not up here.

Anyway, if you venture up this way, don't be a stranger - drop in. It would be great to catch up.

Will just have enough timemtomgrab and go but I’m sure we can sort a meet up your way at some point talk of doing a few trials in Noeth Wales too maybe later or next year
