Kev,

I'll ask about the Exhaust, sorry I forgot all about it.

Saw this yesterday, it's a limited 'Ascot' edition. Saw quite a few Classics, 1 Series and several Defenders.

Yo Spyderman! Looks like you had a good time, nice to hear from you.

Just got back myself but only from a days laning. Glenn321 and Leonberger gave me a shout and we went out for a gentle cruise round - we have done lanes in Herts, Beds and Bucks today, glorious weather, a great day to be out and about. If this weather holds we need to get the team asembled for an outing somewhere, anywhere.

Anyway, Rangie running much better now it has a proper Lucas rotor arm but there is a definate issue with the speed transducer, lost my speedo at least 3times today - oh well never mind, I'm sure it'll be something stupid.

Cheers to Glenn321, Leonberger and Beth I had a great day out, hope you all enjoyed it to.

BTW Spyderman, you mentioned you might be able to get a stainless exhaust for the Range Rover, is that still a possibity?

Cheers all.

evening lads , haven't been on for a while , sounds like you had a great time on the salisbury trip , how many went ? give us a PM if your out laning over the next few weeks - cheers

Hi everyone, still stuck for spare time and cash for a while but hope to get out and do some lanes at some point. Who's going to the pub meet on the 1st?

Hi Lamriska! Nice to hear from you. I'm sure we'll be going out some time soon. You missed a good one at Salisbury, it was quite a team, at one point I think there were something like 20 motors - t'was surely a sight to behold. Anyways, if there's a team outing you are most welcome, will try to remember to PM you. BTW we're planning a pub meet in the week I think, so why not come along. Can PM details if you're interested.

Kris, how are you? I'll be at the pub! look forward to catching up.

BTW Welcome back Spyderman... looking forward\to getting out there on the lanes again. I'll probably miss the last run at Harlington though

Hi Kev, things are not too bad. Been busy getting the SJ ready for MOT, still got lots to do and as the Disco is my main vehicle i'm having to be a bit careful not to brake it before i get the SJ back on the road as money is a bit short. Loads of bills coming in and the companies just been cut down to a 5 day week because of slow trade.

Harlington is "interesting". If you have big wheels and tyres no great shakes. If you're on basically standard size wheels/tyres you will have to take a line down the left hand side, unless of course you want to be well and truly stuck. Mind you, it has been dry again today so may be less likely to bite you.

Yeah, I hear you loud and clear on that one - we're looking possibly at a 4 day week ourselves. A short working week is better than no job though. Anyway, I digress.

How is the SJ, has it still got 4 wheels:eek: I'm sure you'll get a ticket on it unless you've been abusing it again.

I get mine back on Monday, so a quickie before it closes is in order. I don't think Harlington lane can stop the Spydiemobile now, no matter how wet it is.:D

Ryder.
One of these would be the perfect vehicle for your ever expanding clan. Seating for loads, but if you manage to get one of these stuck, you'll be needing more than us lot to get you out.:D:D:D

That is a so cool! Room for all of us! Excellent. That thing would go more or less anywhere... even I would have trouble getting it stuck!

If you do Harlington one night this week I wouldn't mind riding along if its an option ;)

Hiya people.

My MOT runs out tomorrow Doh!
Will be doing me bushes, shocks/shockbushes hand brake and adjusting brakes tomorrow hopefully all it will need for its MOT.

If you want to be informed on the pub meet pm me and I will send details. Jai

The SJ's coming along, need to re mount one of the headlamps and then most of the work is on the rear axle, brake shoes, cables, wheel cylinders and o/s bearing. should have a lot more hight on the from shackles now. when i fitted the new rear springs it always look a bit drag car like with the rear end sitting up high, now i've got round to fitting the fronts it should level out now. polybushed it as well. Parts are a pain to source, Land Rover parts i can get in half an hour, SJ parts as and when they turn up on ebay mostly. Suzuki main dealers don't give a SH*T.
