Lol it runs!!

Still annoyed cant get nowt done really ****ing me off. I coulda bought a working 88 coiler for 1k bit of a wreck but could have been playing in it. Now its dark and ****ing down nothings getting done i have found a local barn but its just too much money per month and too big for me not high enough for a ramp for Andy. I really need to hit the offroader at the weekend and over xmas but no doubt it will be raining as usual and progress will be backwards.

At this rate ill be selling my 90 in Feb and buying a working road legal trials motor cos watching marshalling sucks when you know you should be competing. Been not playing for too long really not fun.

got the 109 back yesterday

New brake shoes, slave, M/C (again), flexi hose and adjusters and brakes are now sorted.

While it was in I had some welding done the bloke said he was getting zinc coming of the chassis while he was doing it, so it might be galvanised, which would be nice.

I am now a happy bunny. :D
 
At the pub it's Rammed!!! Lotsa Xmas do's on.

Don't know if its worth trying a different pub further down the road will wait for spydie and make a decision.

I would have loved to Jai... but have taken too many pain killers to drive this evening. Wish everyone the best for me... we're doing our best to re-equip ourselves in the new year!
 
Hi jai, are you still going laning Xmas morning. I've got a bit of play in my swivel pins but should be ok for a week or two depending on how whaddon goes. Any easy tricks for replacing bearings and seals.?:confused:
 
Would anyone have or know of anyone who may have a rear roll bar / hoop/ cage for sale? I am about a month away from sending my 88 for an MOT, but as it is a soft top I have nowhere to mount the top seatbelt bracket.

Exmoor, Paddocks, Craddocks have them and there is 1 other soft top place, can't remember. Couple weeks ago someone else posted a place where to get 1. Think under 100 quid
