What are you on about? The EGR VAC pipe is nowhere near the MAP pipe on mine.

Thanks both, you've been really helpful! If anyone has any pictures or diagrams that would be even greater :) Didn't mean to start any arguments!

Its a simple instruction if you follow the pipe that's where the other one is waiting does he know what a boss is why not say a circle with a tube nipple for a pipe to go on

It's the only thing sticking down from under the manifold between cylinders four and five. It's not bloody rocket science. It's a circle of plastic about 12 mm in diameter sticking down about 10 mm from the bottom of the manifold between cylinders four and five. Inside it is a nipple for the MAP pipe. Or you could say the 12 mm plastic is the Areola if you feel there are small bumps on it this is braille. It says push MAP pipe in here. As opposed to the bumps on your wife's Areola that say suck here. :D

I'm located in South Wales.

Always wanted a Ranger Rover, so dissapointed at how sluggish it is and how it drives :/
It will be slugish if the MAP pipe is missing, they also have a strange throttle response, nothing much happens until the last 25% of throttle travel, then, if in good order, they go quite well but the throttle response takes some getting used to.

Get the MAP pipe on it should pick up a bit. 1/8" 3.2 mm bore pipe, same as spill pipe for injectors. Or silicone tube will also do the job.
