Type and year of car and engine type would help. Assuming it's a diesel, I expect you are actually talking about the MAP sensor located on the fuel filter? If so, the pipe goes to a spigot under the inlet manifold, the exact position depends on year, plastic or alloy manifold.Hi, can anyone tell me where the pressure pipe off the maf sensor goes please?
It's recessed a bit but it's there around cylinder 5.I had feel but I couldn't feel it.
How many pipes are under there?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm afraid I know very little about cars!
Why FFs complicate things by introducing pipes that are clearly not relevant? As I suggest go have a feel there should be one going from the bulk head egr Solinoid the one behind your air compresor box the two pipe plug in next to each other under the manifold .
It could, so could a lot of other things including turbo pipes. The pipe should be obvious if it's there, it goes from the front of the fuel filter housing to the manifold and is pretty obvious. It's very very sluggish and is struggling to change gear, would this cause this?
That's ok how did you know it was missing then

There are loads of pipes if you include the EAS, fuel etc.
What are you on about? The EGR VAC pipe is nowhere near the MAP pipe on mine. Its a simple instruction if you follow the pipe that's where the other one is waiting does he know what a boss is why not say a circle with a tube nipple for a pipe to go on
