Sounds like a great night was had by all then. Stuff memories are made of.
He probably won't be able to give a damage report tonight ad he's prrobably fast asleep after all the winching, use of hi-jack, rope and then shovel that he's utilised.
My particular favourite bit was sitting in the beast, not able to get out as the lane was that narrow on both sides, whilst the two vehicles in f andront were stuck out of sight further down the lane and the two behind me had found out the state of stuckness before venturing too far down so could reverse out. So me and my 9 year old sat in the dark and rain, with a non functioning cb , holding hands because it was a bit scarey tbh until a very, very long time later, when I had the rescuers for the first two come and spot me as I reversed the best part of the lane, til I got stuck myself that was , at which point I threw a bit of a silent girlie hissy fit and got outof the 110 and walked up the lane , leaving deasey to sort out the stuckness and finish reversing.. Got home at midnight
I'm getting my chain saw fixed for the next run :smash:
Mr Daisy the apointed Photograper, so awaiting him, I was rather at the time trying to work out,,,,
A) At what point my little 90 would join the brick wall to its side When there is no more room left between them
B) How far can a 90 really lean over It stops at 90 degrees. Pikey tested it.
C) Who the feck put that tree there I bet the birds dunnit
I on the other hand was thinking Blair Witch Project
Well in the hours in the dark, it alternated from the Blair Witch Project, to pyscopathic mad axe weilding farmer, to dying from hypothermia, drowning from the water pouring in through my non closing door, to having to work out how I would eventually have to have a wee when I couldnt get out the 110, to being fogotten and eventually found years later with ivy and and trees covering the 110.
I did a lot of thinking last night
I will let the pictures speak for themselves when they get posted- suffice it to say it's not my cup of tea- I likes daylight I does
Jesus wish we had an axe , would of been helpful.
A five quid bow saw makes a very essential bit of kit.
In my local area, it appears you can no longer buy a bow saw for £5! i tried.
Im sure i can get a big ass chainsaw over here though
And wheres Toby?
COME ON DEASY, ILL HAVE TO BE CALLED BIG GREY BEARD SOON!
