my first ever laning experience was salisbury plain , last year Its not that tough and there are routes around the deeper stuff, both you and the vehicle will be capable , honest. Its worth the travel

You're probably right, but remember you have a 'proper' Land Rover ( & I am told, cake
) I only have (as I am frequently told), a Hairdressers Express!It'll happen, but I want to start easily, with some 'sleeping policemen' type speed humps and a deep kerbside puddle perhaps up as far as the sidewall on the tyres!.. :lol:
