Should be fun, but yes my lack of facilities, skills, money, tools and time will mean its a long term project. Worked out it'll be 50 years old next year so that's my very ambitious target.

like Geoff said Definitely gonna keep you busy! needs some work! what's the chassis like?

Have to say tho im loving the sun shade!!!

I haven't had a good look yet, still need to try and get it home. Then it's time for good look over it and putting a plan together.

Worst case, everything is completely fooked and I break it. But I have no intention of that. She's 50 next year :D

And the sun visor is staying, just need some top gun aviators  :5bsifone:

I've got a set of 30mm wheel spacer's for sale £90.00 no offers. Will fit 90 Disco 1 & RR classic.
Offering to you boys before they go on the open market.

It don't look like we are getting any more rain or snow this winter and my truck has been pretty much idle for the last month or so.
I would like to get out on at least a couple more trips before she goes.
Who is up for a days laning and where and when?

Don't forget ; Tye Green Farm near Stansted Airport is on Sunday 11th March. Entry is £15 per vehicle and there are no refreshments so you will need to bring anything you want with you. But might be a BBQ if the weather is ok. If anybody is up for it.
That's if mine passes the MOT next weekend.

Yeah had a good day, was a good laugh going round the track. The journey home was uneventful so we thought we would pop into essex off road, ended up popping the radiator bleed cap, managed to find another one and then snapped the top bleed cap as I wa putting it back on after refilling the coolant... ended up with a bolt and araldite blanking off what was left of the cap... worked though and got me home! Im pretty sure theres no engine damage as it drove home spot on but will be bringing my block tester home tonight to double check!

Overall a long, eventful but fun day... couldn't have asked for nicer weather for it...

Good to see you there John, hopefully I get all my issues sorted soon and will be geting my mine muddy once again...
