Yes and no, deal done but I'm skint. I've had to lay the builder off and finishing the last bits myself :scratching_chin:
Would love to but I'm hoping to borrow money for my purchase, as opposed to finishing the house. So brownie points need earning so I'll be boxing in pipe work and prepping walls for plaster.
