After a few days driving mine after changing donut and sorting uj's still got a vibration, from what feels to be the front, also from time to time it seems to be a bit brethlees, for some reason, seem it is my turn for problems......

Well turns out the cam belt had managed to slip 3 teeth off the crank. Total damage, one snapped rocker and three bent push rods.
So glad I still had my spare head. Swapped the broken bits around and happy to say the truck seems to be working well again, for now lol.

Good news there Chris, Gald to read Tinys now back and runing

Back from the lakes.
Managed to get a morning laning with dr_evil and then I took the family on a short cut along the old coach road, 5 miles long and great views and a carefully worked out decent.

Just under 900 miles done and the disco ran like a dream, apart from the hint of a whine?
Sounds like it could be the rear offside bearing. The only one I have never replaced.
I'll chek for play tomorrow morning.

Glad it didn't let you down. I guess the family would have been livid if it did

Good to hear Nick.
We did Scotland last christmas, 1200 miles & after a few hours I started hear thing's. I think most of them was in my head.

It do'es make you ask yourself "Do I want to get rid of it"

My pulley bearing is close to collapsing so it's a no from me, sorry. Looks like the spring is here and mine might be getting broken sooner than I thought.

Don't really want to look at the cambelt so close to the end. :(
