driving tro'd lanes

Let me first say, I do not get on here as much as I would like to, but I was sent a PM pointing out this thread.

I have read the whole thread. I will start with the TRO been out of date. NOt the notices were out of date this makes the TRO not legal. But it does not mean the TRO was not renewed, just the notices were not updated. The TRO would have been put in place for a reason, did ANYONE read the notice? If it was put in place for repairs to the ROW, then most sensible lanes would have not even tried the lane or walked it to see if the reapirs had been done. Looking at the surface then should have knowned if it was ok to drive it or not. I have not seen any pictures or video of the lane in question so I do not know what it was like. As I said most laners would have not driven it anyway without checking out the current legal status of the ROW.

As for charging for taking people laneing. The people who charge for taking people out should be reported to the tax man at first (as they probabley do not pay tax on the earings). Then gived a good going over with a base ball bat. Around the head that is, as shoving it up their arsses would give them too much enjoyment!!!!!

I have never charged anyone for taking them laneing, I could have and made a lot from it. But I do not.

But to the point, if anyone thinks some one is doing anything illegal to do with ROWs then send the info to the loacl police and the county council ROW office and let them decide if it is illegal or not.

When proven, then name and shame then on here.

Norty boys been driving tro's and ripping up the countryside and have admitted it. Oh they is currently deleting all photos and vids and hiding under the stairs incase pc plod knocks on the doors:D:D
 
I don't necessarily agree with charging people for going laning, but if they are willing to pay instead of buying a map or doing the research, then what is the problem?...........nobody is putting a gun to their heads. You are paying for a guided tour in effect, the same as one around the streets of a city.

Although taking paying people to off-limit lanes (allegedly) is naughty, as it could land 'em in ****.........

many years back i asked for your advice and you gave me the 2 finger salute so look to yourself befor slateing others when people ask for help and it is refused is there any wounder why people do what thay want
lucky for me i got help from other peopl who gave a **** so take your head out of your arse mate
