I don't think there is any debate as to whether any of us have ever gone anywhere we shouldn't have before. We ALL have, whether it was intentional or not. We might not even know we've done it. The difference is we made that choice ourselves. If you've paid a company you don't expect to be going anywhere you shouldn't. You'd be pretty annoyed if you were having a driving lesson and your instructor told you to do something illegal and it resulted in you getting arrested. The company should be making sure everything they do is correct and double checked. That's why they are being paid.

wonder what the public liability insurance is?

(oh, and the recovery tecniques. glad i dont pay them.)
 
My 2p worth
on the company / club side I think they might find you need liability Insurance, First Aid trained person's, CRB checked employee's (could be wrong there)

The sightseeing tours give you history as well as the tour which a map cant,

As for searching the tinternet for TRO's try speaking to your local council or GLASS Rep ;)

90twat falls under that label. He's vunerable to been a selfishCoont and vunerable to using anyone's recovery gear but his own (in case his gets dirty) OH and he's also vunerable to massive sense of humour loss, if he's the recipient of a ****take of any form.. :rolleyes:
