Anyone had any experience with LR sender's and gauges? I got a series sender with a disco1 reciever, and it shows over full and its only about half full.. anyone able to telll me what the disco1 sender reads on empty-full?

ideally Ide like to know what the tank sender is at empty and full should be around 30-300 ohms from what I can see about other tanks
Or even what it is at like half.. any help appreciated :)

Looked at putting the replacement centre console in today, think I may have thrown away the part the holds the rear end on it.
It sits under the rear part and behind this

Anyone got any pic or info on what its called?

You're the main reason im going to a d2 axle.. after seeing that thing go!
If you keep the d2 arms.. get new mounts for the chassis end then bobs your uncle.

A milestone was reached today. ... all the repair work is done
Only gotta sort the resivior out and the light trims and im on to mot and painting!

Well mark, I must admit I've reached a point with my disco where the major work is done and with moving into a new home etc it has taken a huge back seat and probably will not see much more than a new set of tyres getting put on it in the near future, wot have the time or money for major work, i will be glad just to have it to use as it is.

However, once you have sorted this front axle swap and you can tell me exactly what's involved I will be very very grateful for a chat about how to do it.

If I could get an axle, get all the bits, and then sort the job over a weekend I would tackle it, those swivel balls are utter ****e!
