disco 1 poly bushes

hi all might b a silly thing but can i put poly bushes on my old radius arms . i wos watching a vid on youtube and it said dont use poly bushes on old arms as thay will be to worn ? .. if i can do i take all the old bush out even the outer rim of the old bush . coz the poly bushes dont have a metal outer caseing so any advise will be app thanks

sounds like a load of bollocks! - if the outer metal shell is tight and intact, there should be no problem whatsoever. Lets face it - who fits Polybushes to new arms???

Well I fitted them to mine 3 years ago (on a 91plate Disco) and still fine.
