No problem... think it's a cracking idea, although we'll just be sticking to bacon sandwiches rather than doing the full English. (something to do with not having to leave home till 07:45 ;))

and we are back up to 12 again! although i did also have a PM from Wrasse and if he has a sudden urge to destroy, err i mean test his new defender he's welcome to come.

re done as well in case people were concerned about predefined groups. Groups will be sorted on the day mainly on a who wants to go with who basis but with a slight bias to ensure there is a sensible balance of knowledge and recovery equipment in both groups
 
Team Noisy will be cooking bacon, sausage and egg butties, not going for the full breakfast either - mainly due to time constraint and not wanting to delay others!

Yeah I was thinking about the groups, as long as the leaders are at the front and the car at the back has got a cb, winch and ideally gate bitch then the 4 cars in the middle just need to be a nice mix so that any standard cars are between more capable vehicles.

Also, any v8 whores will need to be in group 2 :D

Can't make the full day, but next Thursday I'm into hospital for 'manipulation and exploration' to me knee .. keyhole surgery they think, dunno for definite yet and it might be that I can't drive for a while. So I might be out and about on Sunday for a 'last fling' before being off the road again for a bit .. and might try to join you at some point on the route!

I'm Deffo in group 2 my down pipe has a penny sized hole in it ATM so plenty of noise ;) ill probably have a gate bitch but seeing as I'm standard ill go in the middle somewhere ;)

ok, change of plan - CB channel 10 to keep Mr Noisy happy... that's two now, you're not getting any more favours ;)

I'll warn you all now, above about 25mph i can hear f**k all on the CB!
 
Cheers, great route! Done all of those a few times over .. except the one after/opposite Tissington Ford .. just never got round to it!!

Sounds odd, but one of them is among my favourite lanes and it isn't even a true green lane! The road past Roystone Grange .. so picturesque, beautiful and always peaceful!! ;)

My friend lives next door to that lane so I've done it loads of times ;) it's not bad but nothing really special.
 
i'm going to have another look at that heater tomorrow noisy in the daylight to see if it was a heater fault or just my piping if not i've gotta somehow gain heat for the day ? all my other boxes are broke and i cant find a good one anywhere :(

Gawd you're making me embarrassed, BUT thankyou! It really is a pain changing channel on my CB :D
