D90 with Roof Top Tent - ARB needed yes/no?

Dear All, in process of finishing off front and rear suspension rebuild on the D90. With a roof top tent do you guys think I need a rear ARB [anti-roll bar]?

Have searched interweb, some say yes, some say no. Specifically, I won't be completing any big off roading with the tent on...and for me it's a 5 min job to de-install an ARB when there's no tent atop.

What are your thoughts/advice?

I have a James Baroud RTT on my 90.It has a 2" lift & Gwynn Llewis extreme Suspension.
When I first fitted the RTT,it would pitch from side to side whilst cornering.I did not want to fit an anti rollbar.
So fitted 110 HD springs,it still rolls a bit when cornering,but,I've got used to it.

Thanks Sharkey, that's good input. My thoughts here are I would prefer not to fit 110 springs as it's a soft top with Safety Devices external roll cage so there's little weight in the back. For me, the anti-roll bar option sort of makes sense as it's to detach the ARB when not carrying the RTT. I still need to think this through...

It would be great to have some more feedback, experience from others

My opinion is yes fit one, or an alternative as recommended above. For an expedition your going to want comfortable suspension, suitably weighted for your load. With a roof tent giving high centre of gravity you’ll benefit from the roll bars. Like you say, disconnect them if you want/need articulation. If you have traction control, then in theory your less reliant on axle articulation anyway.
