Calnt some one look inside the box and see if theres a V/R to adjust the frequency a little higher or lower to a frequency no covered by the door bells.. radio hams... internet etc etc. i think the box in now has just got very poor filters and receves splater from all units in a 60 mtr area.
radio hams use carbon sleves slid over the aerial to reduce interference. a bit like the filters you see on pc leads. there must be a radio ham on here to take a look at one, CB used to cause no end of problems when cheap and nasty cb/s were used then there were the amplifiers these too ther picture of the tv and your tv never stood a chance when SSB was being used.
