Small update, dlva do make I laugh....
Having sent off the V5 for change of use from ambulance to PLG and repeated chasing up phone calls I finally got some sense out of them today.
They're confused because on their records they have both the VIN number and the Marshal ID number and they want proof of which is the VIN.....fair enough I guess.
So in this modern world of electronic marvels they want me to prove what the VIN is by....
Sending them a pencil rubbing!! :doh:

Copes very well, happy enough at 60. Certainly pokier than a 2 1/4 doozal lump and sooo quiet
