It’s been a few years since I did anything major with the Defender, so
1. What are the metal trims between the body and the tub called on for sale sites
2. I’m just about to order a galvanised chassis but suddenly thought about the chassis number. Do you get your old one put on the new chassis or does it involve a ton of forms for the DVLA, insurance etc.
Anyone who’s done a chassis know what else is likely to be broken/ worn out. It’s a 200tdi, mostly original except for a few minor off road mods
Oh and in case you remember me, I will NOT be doing the work
