Cannot remember any issues but maybe I am protecting my sanity with amnesia. The BMW bit doesn't leak anyway!
They all came down the production line leak free.
Then they got to the point where they put the fluids in........

Every Landy ive had drank fluids except the P38. I believe this is due to the bmw lump.

My other leaky ones were also doozle, you see a trend . TD5 and a 300TDI

Land Rover did fit a 4.6 HSE with the manual but it kept shredding them,

The 4.0 had one, they went very well by all accounts.
My 3.9 Manual classic sure did shift.

However if you were to mash the right pedal i doubt the box would last
The 4.6 in peak Thor tune puts out 410nm at 2500rpm compared to 265 for the diesel and 350nm for the thor 4.0
Most manual 4.0's were Gems which put out 330nm IIRC.
