Do you know if their system provides the option of a refund. It may simply be the case it doesn't have the ability for them to do so. Like calling up your record and clicking 'refund payment'. Hence asking for the payment info so they can make a manual refund against the origional card.

If you look at a shop receipt you only see the last 4 digits of the card number. The rest is hidden and not accessable to staff. When they have the option of auto refunding they scan the card again to confirm detail/identity of the card. Computer has the origional info for comparison. Easy to do when they have a 'refund payment' option to click on.
They have my address, they can send a cheque.

Coming later this year, the ridiculously hot chilli sauce collection… order now for chilli-induced rectal devastation…

Flipping heck. What a royal pain in the harse. Amazon.

3. Tracked the progress even to my avenue and last drop off only several houses away from me.
4. Even stood at open door waiting for the van to only go by without a hint.
5. Amazon app telling me a new time and hour later.
6. Nope narda zip bugger all.
Amazon app now saying will deliver within two days time if no joy ask for a refund.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬View attachment 336083
Whey hey hay it's turned up by another driver. Apparently last night driver, who sped past my house had been a naughty boy. He had signed as say delivered to several houses and didn't. So I suspect a bum smack from Amazon and no tea.🙄
Phew. Now I can take a few snaps from my recently bought DSLR camera.

Wot type you got?

Started on the Pluriel's O2 sensor.
Typically, of the two types available, I chose the wrong one. Luckily didn't open the box, and yet again cannot see easily how to unclip the plug, will be able to work it out once I got the new one, which will be Monday.
So put it back together and drove into the village to order it.
Bumped into a nice woman there who was getting new number plates.
She went on honeymoon only to come back and find that her 5 week old car had been nicked and broken for parts.
And of course her insurance company wouldn't give her the money to buy a new one. Poor thing, only she isn't cos it was a £30k plus car. Which she said she didn't even like. Still sympathetic though.
So now working under the Disco. Cannot shift the drain plug so am currently waiting for it to drain through the filler plug, which will empty most of the sump, before taking the sump off to gain access to the rest of it.
It'll be a messy 'orrible job.
Enjoy the rest of the day.

Just bought a canon 600D with lens and kit from cash converters in Oldham for £150. All bog standard for taking normal photos and astronomy attached to my 6"SCT telescope.
By a very nice fluke image, I did of a Horsehead nebula on my laptop recently. I want see if I can try via a unmodified camera.
Not having deep pockets, I had a look at a cheapish replacement for my Nikon bridge, that has no flash or screw fitting.

Second seat base done with new foam and cover.
Moving on to the backrest now
Might paint the metalwork so it sells betterer 🙂

The drain plug is on the Auto-box?
Have you got one of those oil-pumps they use for oil changes, would that work to suck all the ATF out?

Nice!
I have a Canon 250D so I guess yours is a lot bettern mine! I bought a job lot at an auction that had in amongst a load of other stuff a brand new boxed 250D body together with everything, disc etc. Which I now have lent to W on a long term loan. She doesn't use it much. I got a standard lens for peanuts off a website that sells really decent secondhand stuff, all with proper condition description. Now we have one each and she can use my long lenses as well.
any chance of a peek at the Horsehead nebula? :):):)

So the noo O2 sensor for the Pluriel is ordered and the other one returned, extra £5, typical.
The sump has been removed from the Disco's gearbox, with amazingly no mess at all.
It has since been removed to my garage, cleaned and a not very nice load of grey gunge removed, a small, well maybe not so small, amount of stuff having adhered to the magnet, and two tiny slivers of metal found.
It remains that the gearbox is still dripping ATF into a big bowl, as we speak.
Meanwhile I managed to remove the blessed sump plug by dint of driving a 6 point star bit into the 'ole where the Allen key should go.
At the moment I am not too optimistic about the gearbox.
Tomoz, if the weather holds, I will tighten all the bolts I can see, fit the new filter, put it all back together, minus the sump plug as a new one is on order. I am hoping against hope that I find some loose bolts. If I don't I dread that a new gearbox will be necessary.

Turn the gears looking for any obvious wear and feel the selectors see if they snag anywhere ....

.... deftly and with a practised hand she wiggled his selectors and turned all his gears, he was lost. The power this woman had over him was beyond belief. He doubted that his torque-converter could stand too much of this sort of thing. ;)
