Fanks I went out got a hooded top out my defender then sat it on the spare tyre of the disco
went in to the hoose for a few mins & when I came out everything is soaking

Off to the timber yard then do a wee bit of fencing till lunch time, early finish if its honking doon.

The watch I bought to keep an eye on me blood pressure turns out to be a lyin piece of Chinese carp (go figure). I need to get fitter / finner etc etc..
Me ankles is buggered so my options are a bit limited.
We has a cross trainer / c!othes rack so I'll give that a go, gently, in a quarter of an hour.
An I'll take a push bike to wuk for a ride at lunchtime, I normally wuk through which can't be good for you..

A friend of ours goes for a wee swim in the loch every morning has been for the last few
months and lost 3 stone.

The wee one allowed me a lie-in this morning.
No sun, but then there is no rain either - can't 'ave everything, I suppose. The ground looks as if a few drops of the life-giving liquid has fallen at some point during in the night.
Housework almost completed for this week so it is 'clean the car' time as I haven't done that for years! The dealer did wash it last January when they serviced it though. There is so much cow muck welded onto it and as it is going to have the tyres replaced tomorrow, I thought it would be a nice gesture to whoever is tasked with doing that job.

Afternoon folks.

Well got me water plumbed in near the pool, found some wire for the light switch and socket. As predicted got to 10:30 and the body was leaking so much it was time to quit. So did a bit of inside work till time to cool off and down tools.

The cooling off period was not as refreshing on first entry cos its nearly as warm as a bath 32. but still nice, we may top it up again tomorrow to drop the edge off it.

I believe swimming is a very good form of exercise, Fink its something to do with the fact you don't overload joints but work the muscles.

Oh Lounging in a hottub with a beer dont count as swimming.
