So, (good mornin all) I is awake again finkin about hexersize.
The watch I bought to keep an eye on me blood pressure turns out to be a lyin piece of Chinese carp (go figure). I need to get fitter / finner etc etc..
Me ankles is buggered so my options are a bit limited.
We has a cross trainer / c!othes rack so I'll give that a go, gently, in a quarter of an hour.
An I'll take a push bike to wuk for a ride at lunchtime, I normally wuk through which can't be good for you..
Swimmin?

My poor wee mam fell yesterday and is all bruised, she is waiting to get a hip replacement.

To be honest, I look out the window and decide what I am doing for the day. Plans change with the windOr you could flip a coin..
