If the pistons were stuck the pedal would still be hard. The problem was, without doubt, air in the system.

I was joking. Not many cars are better than the P38 for long distance travel. At 24 to 30mpg I use mine for everything apart from trips to Brico Depot and the Dechetterie. The savings from having a car with better economy are offset by the low overall running costs of a P38 IMO. A twit in modern plastic shed ran into the back of mine yesterday, not a mark on the P38, the plastic shed looked a bit worse for wear.

It is a car to feel safe in that's for sure some of the drivers here just don't get the fact they are not the only people on the road
