    Budget Action Cams.

I'm looking for a waterproof action cam, mainly for when I go snorkelling next year, but might as well get one that I can use with the landy. Seen them from £25 to £250 Obviously being a tight yorkshireman id like to spend as little as possible, but I do want it to give at least half decent...

Is a relay needed for 120w LED light bar?

The cable will be fine, the fuse may not tho but you'll be safe to upgrade it if need be (cant find a curve for car fuses) Inrush is basically the "startup current" as just as flourescent lights have a higher current demand for a second or so till they light, so does LED, what many people dont...

Is a relay needed for 120w LED light bar?

Personally I'd uprate the cable too and use a 15A fuse, you may find a 10A fuse (IF the LEDs are actually running at the full 120W) doesnt last long, LEDs have a huge inrush current. EG a 7W fitting from Halers has an inrush of over 30A, 12V units are no different, the inrush is in the LED.

    Marking Parts.

no, its not a UV pen, its clearly visable all the time, ill take a pic tomorrow, it looks just like a sharpie marker or similar, but they said the only way to remove it is to physically remove the paint as well, so sounds like it etches in. This was the event I went to (not many details on...

    Marking Parts.

Ok, so everyone knows about window etching, but what about other parts? I've taken to punching the reg No into parts I'm fitting, anything that will be able to identify parts or my motor is good IMO. Earlier in the year the police near me were marking doors, bonnets etc with an etching marker...

    Are 19200 lumens a lot?

Lumens are better measure than Watts, but can still be skewed. A decent supplier will give you the lumens output of the lightbar itself, fully made, and properly tested. A not so decent one will give you the lumens of the LEDs used (multiplied by the number in the bar) Now, obviously there are...

    Remote servos/clutch servo 300tdi

OK. it seems my knackered knee has reared its head and decided to stay. So, I'm looking at options for my fender to ease the clutch a bit. so far I've found 2 main options. Auto box conversion (£2K +) or redbooster (about £400) Ive also been looking at remote servos, and at £80ish for a 1.9:1...

GKN. Technically they have never been Hardy Spicer UJs. Hardy Spicer make driveline products, Propshafts being one, CV joints another, GKN make bearings, UJS etc. Hardy Spicer have always (or at lease for a VERY long time, used GKN UJS in their products. GKN and H/S have been partner companies...
