just finished mine rock sliders were easy to do just dirty work my inner cills were well rotted but found an almost new set in the scrap yard so had them galvanized at same time as sliders .mines a 90 but understand 110 parts are harder to get but good luck wiyh it keep picks comeing

some picks as requested of inside just came back from blasters with some other bits ready to go to galvo inside bits easy to do just angle for front bracket and tube that fits inside chassis outrigger secured with bolt and washer.just ignore the hairy q.c. control officer that's inspecting

just got the paint for mine 5 liters for £30 dark green it says brunswick on the tin painted a bit on an old bit of plate in garage looks ok got 5 liters so when it gets bashed can just slap some more on just need a set of van sides now (hate the windows) then its going on

the tube is just s length with two bends welded on you can by the bends to match the tube at places like b.s.s only a couple of quid they come ready chamfered you do the same with the pipe ends to get a good strong weld. have just dropped them of at shot blasters so will take some more picks of...

well sun was out today so finally got a chance to finish of the sliders i have knocked up ready to go to shot blaster and galvanising next week

got mine to do the next couple of weeks yrm do repair sections just up the road from you in hamsterley . was up last week picking some bits up very helpful

sorry but you missed the two most important items from tool box cable ties and tow rope ooooow and chewing gum to stop all the oils from landing on the drive
