Except the speedo under-reads by some margin. Many people, myself included, have tested over-size tyres and speedo readings against GPS and measured road sections. In my case running 215/80R15 (notionally +4.6%) gives a true 59 at an indicated 60 (from speedo and from OBD)

If there was enough current to melt a relay, you have a dead short on that circuit and wiring would have also melted, causing further shorts and overloads. Trace your headlamp wiring back to the switch and somewhere along the way will be a crispy bit.......

That's about as big as it gets without cutting bodywork. Even then you are going to want to look at spacers to ensure you clear the shock mount and wheel arch inners. I also looked at springs rather than spacers and came to the same conclusions as Jayridium.

Have you checked that the turbo actuator is moving through the full range? Loss of power at 2000rpm is usually turbo related, whether MAF, Solenoid, Actuator or the turbo itself. The oil you show isn't unusual. I would be checking the Intercooler itself for blockage or a split and would also...

When air fan is switched off, the A/c is also switched off. Definitely time to start checking the belts and tensioners....
