    limp mode?

Check and flex the pipe looking for signs of interior damage. Something is stopping the airflow causing the turbo to suck it flat.

advice suspension drops only on drivers side back and front

Are you parking on the level? Have you tried parking facing the other way? Has anyone been playing with your valve block? Is it possible that the pipes aren't plugged into the correct sockets? Have you tried removing the timer relay from under the passenger seat? Greetings from an ex-pat :D

    limp mode?

It's not collapsing WHEN you lose boost It's the pipe collapsing that's causing the lack of boost

    limp mode?

Glow plugs? Doubt if it's anything to do with a collapsing turbo pipe.

    limp mode?

With the engine turned off does the pipe 'collapse'. If it doesn't then something is sucking it flat. Check inside the pipe to make sure that it's not de-laminating resulting in a flap that's restricting the air flow. (Basically just a longer version of Wammer's post)

Start at the beginning. Is your compressor producing a decent air pressure? There's an excellent write up from Wammers at the top of this section. Follow that logically and you're pretty well guaranteed to get it working again.

    How does it work ?

I'd be worried about buying a Rangie from someone who doesn't know to close the doors to get the suspension working. It reminds me of when I was looking for mine and almost every one I found in a second hand dealer was on it's bump stops and had a flat battery. "No problem mate, I'll just...

    losing power and slugish

If the car is starting with one cycle of the glow plugs then it's unlikely that the pump is faulty. If you want to check it's flow rate go to 'how to' at the top of the Range Rover section and you'll find a Wammers lesson in testing it.

    gearbox oil cooler auto

Absolutely no reason why you shouldn't do all that. As you'd probably have to replace the cooler and the pipes anyway you'd be mad not to at that price. It's just a radiator when all's said and done so as long as it's got a decent airflow it'll do it's job. The only thing that occurs to me is...
