They get them from the people who made the chassis for Land Rover then modify to suit. Basically they are the latest TDCI chassis they then weld on say 200Tdi engine mounts then galvanise them.

My advice is don't get one from ashtree's the workmanship is shocking and don't fit worth a feck :mad::mad:

It was Marslands (now) KD-Land Rovers that told me that YRM now sell their chassis I only posted as thought maybe helpful to the masses. When I do start another rebuild i will definetly be going to YRM as they are good company to deal with and I couldn't fault the Chassis I bought from Marslands...

I didn't know they supplied chassis haven't seen anything on their website. I will definetly be using them in the future I use them for Axle brackets and when Rear tub repair parts can't fault them

I went direct through them they said about 4-6 weeks then they called me back as had a cancelation and i got it within a week. Just noticed that they are now KD Land rover I got mine before they changed.

I got mine from Marslands last year couldn't fault the qaulity or service from them.
