Have a look into LED headlights like Trucklite too as they don't stand out if your not wanting a massive bar or spots on it and they work both on low and high beams while an lightbar or spots will only be on for full beams which can leave you blind with oncoming traffic

You can get a steering wheel module for my double din unit that works on the steering wheel controls of my X5. Same could be done for a Defender really if you just got a similar radio that supports it and wire the controls on the Discovery wheel to it

Got news back from Andrew at Alisport anyway regards an electric fan. Below is what they offer with a built in fan mount to the rad and thermostatic switch then but he still advised the viscous fan for maximum cooling. I'm of two minds what to do lol

Think so. Only seems to be a 100 quid or so in the difference of buying a reconditioned set and new ones!
