Hi All, Had to jump start P38 few days ago after it sat around for a week, used it yesterday short trip but fine , today battery dead, tried to jump and engine will turn but not fire. Does anyone know if this is linked to batt failure or something else, I dont think diesel is getting thru. Thanks.

Thanks for everyones help, I have changed battery's on key fob and inadvertantly resychronised key, all good for now.

Hi all, The wife tried to start P38 this morning but couldn't due to engine disabled & remote key not working, any ideas appreciated. Thanks & bring on the snow.

Hi all, Does anyone have any ideas on why after last few days of rain I now have water dripping through the front interior light on my p38, presumably via the sunroof. Ideas on common leaky areas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Fred, Live in essex unfortunately, but thanks anyway. I have had the pump running by jumping relay pins, but still on bump stops. I have today ordered piston repair kit, as my piston seal is perished. Then I will have to have fault reset, local garage wants £25 + vat, I am looking into...

Hi all, My Dhse is up for servicing, I'm going to do some of it myself, does anyone know how do I locate and change suspension filters? Its a job I'm told that is due, but not something I've ever done.

Hi all, My brakes on 2000 dhse are squeeling and getting progressively worse, also brake pedal seems to travel on first press, if pressed second time it is firmer. Can anyone tell me procedure for brake repair/inspection, if I need any special tools and basically do's & dont's. Cheers.
