its normally to late then anyway from the nature of my job i tend to keep a close eye on gauges ;)

I just replaced the switch for the gauge, i didn't see the point in the light if i could read the pressure on a gauge ;)

the middle part will not be painted where it breaks off and the face still could be damaged.

what was the fault you had cleared?

I have given this stuff ago but im not completely happy with it, it is too difficult to seal the ends because of the wire spiral inside it. I used 2 hose clamps each end with silicone sealant and one end slightly leaks with my hand over the top of the snorkel. It will do for now i guess...

I dont think there is anything to pierce it, is there a better solution you could suggest? i need it before next weekend. Im going to miss out off roading tomorrow :mad: well at least I found it before I went in the water

Has anyone tried this for connecting a snorkel? My old hose is split so looking for a reliable replacement, the 2 ply im looking at Flexible RED Hot & Cold /Warm Air Ducting Car Engine Brake Feed Intake Pipe Hose | eBay

its only to clear the transmission.... unless you would like to move that you need to keep it as is there is a blank for the handbrake the other side

just for comparison I work with diesel engines around 16l v12 and 1000+ bhp and they use between 120-200 lph under load so some of these figures must be well out
