Yep..... fixing sunroof leaks.. "seal" between frame and body failed.... removed frame, dislodged the drain corners.... fixed one leak and created another 2 ..... not as big a job as yours though......

It's probably not the most important post given the range of ACE or Air Suspension questions, but thought I'd share a good solution for connecting Bluetooth enabled devices (iPhone etc) to the factory fit head unit on a D2. Some of us like the existing sound systems, steering wheel control...

And upgraded the software on the Becker Traffic Pro.... it was pretty complicated, so I'll post some photos and a fuller description later once I have recovered... but the basic steps were.... 1. Buy the cd Rom from Latvia 2. Open envelope and remove disc 1 3. Insert disc into head unit 4...

Had the same D1 200tdi for 20 years... 2 new chassis, 3 new engines and 1 new body....... "Trigger's Broom"

Ditto Tiger Seal.... but really annoying was the fact that on mine all 4 drains were intact and functioning, but the during the removal of the frame to seal it to the body, one of the useless corner outlets became slightly detatched from the main lower frame and started leaking!!!!!

Stripped off the old fabric from the headlining, took a deep breath and applied new...... also fixed the sunroof seals to body.... cleaned all the interior trim that came off with the headlining removal... just waiting for the GPS antenna to arrive the. I can reassemble.....

Work in progress..... Sunroof fix (how, on this fine earth, can anyone legitmately think that bit of draft excluder stuck to the frame was a watertight gasket??) Headlining strip of old cloth and foam, Then the scary bit with the lovely new material.....

Front SR drain run down A-pillar

5V at the WiClic on the head unit, 5V at the GT5 connection above the rear door... so head is apparently working, and connected through to the last leg at the back. I'll make the assumption (dangerous) that the head unit is fine (and not an internal error) and pick up a cheap antenna to...

Echo all the above.... Doing same now... there may be a clue on the upper surface of the headlining.... on mine, drains all attached, but you could see staining on the liner around the perimeter of the sunroof, indicating a leak between the frame and the body. Incidentally this was...
