Thanks... about to do same.... guess you are happy with the outcome?
fitted new air reservoir and re calibrated suspension
No, bolts came out like they were new. Found a slight leak around orange pipe on reservoir cap, so will try some resin to repair if that fails then I'll order a new capalso done mine a little while ago,the air tank are good fun to fit as they have got the small tab on the end of the tank
sprayed it with dinotrol before i installed the air tank , fitted a new reservoir valve at the same time
did u have trouble getting the bolts out, was very impressed with the condition of the chassis , absolutely solid throughout
Aye @gstuart, chassis solid as a rock

Just what I'm after... think that will be a few £ well spent! So far Yeah, it's much quicker when I give it some, but the most impressive thing is how I don't have to wring it's neck to keep up with traffic on faster roads and when im joining motorways. Been driving it (mostly) sensibly all day and the needles hardly moved on the fuel gauge too. So far would recommend them but it's early days lol
Changed Diif , Transmission and G Box oils, how does someone manage to put more oil into the Gbox and tbox than are above the filler plug level, All down my arm it was...LOL.
Also a new fuel pump, so it now starts OK.
Plus a new front cover to stop the oil from covering the front of the engine.
Cheers
They must have run it up a ramp backwards to get at the filler plugs?Changed Diif , Transmission and G Box oils, how does someone manage to put more oil into the Gbox and tbox than are above the filler plug level, All down my arm it was...LOL.

Looks awesome, might have to do this myselfRefitting headlining after leak fix and recover....
Thank you @1988smithy, happy with it. Got the material from Martrim, really great quality, dense foam and a lovey fabric finish. Bit of a leap of faith going for the black, but chuffed with the outcome.Looks awesome, might have to do this myself

Reduced the number of visible threads on the wastegate arm from 13 to 11, and just back from a good run. The turbo spools up sooner, and the engine itself pulls for longer at higher revs. It's so much nicer to drive, and gives much more confidence to overtake something, or pull out in to traffic.
Yep. Noticed that the wastegate modulator was a lot more busy and the manifold pressure seems to be a smidge higher (around 225 compared to about 220 previously). The problem was that as it's Manx Grand Prix week over here, so there's a lot of traffic, and the climbs that I wanted to push the engine up had Sunday drivers on them, so the figures may even be better when I can actually give it a better thrashing. I still can't get the Air Flow to go much above 500 though, but that may be due to my driving style of not revving much higher than about 3k.Did you get a live viewing on the nanocom to see what the system was doing?
