If it is for the dim/dip relay could be why my head light want working on dip beam only working on full beam :rolleyes:

Should it have be plugged in or needed to be as it was unplugged and I found the plug that fits the box and has had all wire cut and spliced it other stuff. Thinking best to just get a new loom now its all out

Took all dash out of the 90 sat morning asfter seeing thw bulk head need repairing. And had few bad wires and light and heater stoped working. And was thinking should I get a new loom or repair the old loom I dont plan on selling the 90 anytome soon so thinkibg it might be worrh buying a new...

I got my of a lad on ebay that was local to me and still had it in the disco so cojld hear it running still. And givr me all the rad everything from the disco I would to for a conversio and the got a lad off Facebook to delivery it at weekend. Hope that helps ;)

i had got a new crank seal readt to as well as new lift pump all new filters all round glow plugs, but whats a spiggot bush where will i find that and whats its do :):)

thats all good no as iam putting a 300tdi in mine, when i get round to it i ending striping all front end now and just repairing bulkhead, and hopefully it back on road and all legal for winter :rolleyes:

Ok cheers for that fellas. I bought 300tdi de cat down pipe. So I will have to try make one up then it think and what accelerator cable do I need buy does anyone know :D

also what accelerate cable would i need to buy 2.5 or 300tdi or different still

iam doing conversion from a 2.5na is a D reg to a 300tdi N reg disco, just want a few things clearing up some questions might be daft :p, i am leaving the lt77 box in, but took the plate off the na to put on to then 300tdi, what clutch should buy for a 2.5 na or a 300tdi ? what exhaust...

ok thanks for that mate i have a book for the Na one will look it to getting one for then 300tdi and have a read up and go from there got to get the engine in 1st ;), and then hope will be almost straight forward :D
