anyone no that this box is

Took all dash out of the 90 sat morning asfter seeing thw bulk head need repairing. And had few bad wires and light and heater stoped working. And was thinking should I get a new loom or repair the old loom I dont plan on selling the 90 anytome soon so thinkibg it might be worrh buying a new loom. But anyway get to the point anyone no thay this blaxk box is and all these wire are for .they was all unplugged and the balck box dosent have anything on it saying what it is ?

Should it have be plugged in or needed to be as it was unplugged and I found the plug that fits the box and has had all wire cut and spliced it other stuff. Thinking best to just get a new loom now its all out
