Yep that'll stop it lol, you need an ignition feed to it, use ?white wire to coil if converting a petrol, if converting diesel it's not as easy as ignition feeds are killed when cranking, I put a starter button in to counteract it on mine :)

Has anyone done one of these before? Need to do the Disco (Cat C) before I stick the RRC body on it (will work out far easier paperwork wise). As far as I can see, I can put it in as is - accident damage has been repaired etc, it's just not MOT worthy as the sills and boot floor are...

Are you taking the injector spill pipe back to the injector pump then from injector pump to tank, or trying to put it straight back into the filter/tank? Mine had a hole in the spill pipe between injectors and injector pump, caused really rough running and non starting (assume it was sucking...

Another vote for screwdriver and hammer, if it's really tight use a thick screwdriver, I've got a 1000v insulated one that does the job nicely :) If that fails, stilsons/molegrips on the remains

Apparently you need EP90 GL4, and not the standard GL5, due to bronze bits in the gearbox. Much debate about whether it makes a difference but I got a 20L drum of Smith and Allan Ep90 GL4 for a decent price on eBay! Axles take the same oil, so does the transfer box and overdrive if fitted

It'd be far easier to just modify a 2.25 downpipe, the only difference is the studs are spaced slightly further out, so you need to cut slots where the holes in the plate on the downpipe are. 10 mins with a hacksaw and you'd be sorted
