You are going to have to remove the outer bumper and fog lamp next to the washer tank to access the pipes and motor. I fitted a new pump, pipes, non return t-splitter valve, and all hoses to the jets.
You will need to check all connections as the original pipe goes very hard and inflexible, and the plastic components, such as the pump connector, and the t valve can easily break.
If the pipe or fittings on the piece between the pump and the t valve have gone, then do not buy the listed part... its a lot cheaper to buy the t piece and pump connector from Land Rover, and a piece of pipe from ebay. But, if you are going to replace the pipes and jets as well, buy two DNH000060, as it will give you a bit of extra pipe. Also replace the rear metal clips to the jets, 2x DYC000190 as they may break on removal.

I checked the pipe on Ebay and it looks to be this one, given the dimensions I took from the pipe supplied with the washer jets...
