saw one of those when i was a yoof,bloody lovely at the time.wouldnt give the time of day now.my brother had a dodge dart gt many years ago,what a bag of ****e that was.
well, if it puts a smile on yer face when yer get in it its worth every penny
( and that can be said fer a lot of things !

all finished now, except spin on oil filter conversion ! ( not turned up in post yet )
few pics of gear box, not many as kept forgetting camera when i went in the workshop
all stripped now and ready to rebuild, will bore yer all with the pics later n the week

Nice one...your spin on oil filter thing confuses me...I have a spin on oil filter already on my 2A...does this mean mine has been fitted with a later engine?
Good work though TBH I wouln't know where to start with a gearbox refurb - I would be so worried of doing my best, getting it all back together and in the car and it going "crrrrrrrrrrunch....ding" hehe!

cheers mate, am chuffed to bits with it now,
will clean the gears fer yer mate, least they will shine fer one last time, then they will never see the light of day again
as fer the spin on filter rusty ! its one of these am fitting ;
the old fittings had a big bowl , with a paper cartridge, to save the MOD a few quid !:doh:
